BROWNtech's File Tracker Software is used for the storage, retreival and tracking of physical documents, folders and boxes. Although the application was designed as an integrated component of our Court Records system thus providing a complete start-to-finish document management system (receiving, indexing, imaging, public inquiry and tracking), it can also be used as a stand-alone tracking system for any kind of file or case. Court cases are quickly and accurately checked in and out using bar codes. In addition to the physical storage location of the case (i.e. building, floor, room, isle, shelf, etc.), the system also maintains a complete check in/out history which includes the date, time and name of the individual. |
